- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely the worst place to file your taxes! screwed up my taxes two years in a row. Jackson Hewitt are unorganized, rude and unprofessional. They have problem with losing paper work and could not communicate among each other to straighten things out. If your looking to get your taxes late and deal with rude people who don't know what the heck there doing then Jackson Hewitt is the place to go.
