  I have had to deal with these people in the past (when i was a student) and they owned the building where i lived. These are the bad items. 1) they gave me a month to get "out" (i had no contract and was living month to month). they raised the rent 250 / month (if i wanted to stay). 2) they dont call ahead when they were going to show my apt....they just walked in (didnt knock) 3) Again, they didnt call ahead when they were going to show off the apt....and USED THE KEY when i had it locked...and walked in without knocking (this happened many times!). when i had the deadbolt engaged, they pounded on the door for 5 minutes to get "let in", so they could show the apt. 4) last and WORST....they promised to send me the deposit check and it never came in teh mail. I called 4 times and they kept saying ..."its in the mail". THEY ARE LIARS ! I finally came back into town (i was currently out of state) and dropped into the office and demanded to be paid. They called the manager and wrote me a check on the spot (since they knew I wasnt going to leave). They treat STUDENTS LIKE THEY ARE SCUM....THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE UNETHICAL AND HAVE NO MORALS.
