We were selling and buying a home, and they were helpful through the process getting our new home covered, Unfortunately, I also had an auto claim right after switching when a rock hit my windshield and they were quick to get everything together and my car repaired.By Joseph McKenna, July 12, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I began working with San Marcos Insurance Agency because my auto policy had been messed up due to the negligence of the agent I had at the time. San Marcos Insurance's office is an hour away from where I live, so when I contacted them about changing agents I asked if all the changes could be handled via email. They said yes, then made that process and each change I've needed to make to my policies since easier than I expected.
